We are factory. Welcome to visit our factory at anytime.

What is the lead time?

For sample order, it usually takes 7-15days, for batch production takes 25 to 35 days receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

What is your terms of packing?

Generaly we pack our goods in Pearl cotton and neutral cartons.if is fragile we ill make wooden frame.and we also can according to your requirements.

What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW FOB,CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

Do you have a minimum order limit for light orders?

Minimum order quantity: 5 pcs for samples and 100 for batch goods.

How to solve the quality problems after sales?

Take photos of the problems and send to us. We will make a satisfied solution for you within 24 hours after we confirm the problems.

Can you produce according to the samples or drawings?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures

ls it ok to print my logo on product?

Yes.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

What type of design files does TOMO Precision accept for quoting?

In order to provide an accurate and timely quote, we only accept 3D CAD files in STEP or IGES format 2D drawings with reference dimensions must be in PDF format. We must receive complete manufacturing information as part of this technical documentation.Informal communication via SMS, Skype, Email, etc, will ot be considered as admissible for manufacturing purposes.

Can TOMO Precision make design drawings for me?

We do not provide design services.You are responsible for submitting 2D and 3D CAD drawings, and we can then provide a design for manufacturing review upon receiving your order.
