Casting is used to produce a wide range of parts, including engine blocks, transmission cases, and other components for use in automotive and aerospace industries.

Casting Service

Casting is a manufacturing process that involves the pouring of a molten material (usually metal or plastic) into a mold cavity, where it solidifies into the desired shape. The process can be used to produce a wide range of parts with different sizes, shapes, and complexity.

The benefits of casting include the ability to produce parts with complex shapes, tight tolerances, and smooth surfaces. However, casting may not be as strong as forged parts due to the presence of internal voids and porosity.

01Sand Casting

In this method, a pattern made of wood or metal is used to create a mold made of sand. Molten metal is poured into the mold and allowed to cool, after which the mold is broken to remove the final part.

02Investment Casting

This method involves the creation of a wax pattern of the final part, which is then coated with a ceramic shell. The shell is then heated to remove the wax and harden the ceramic, after which molten metal is poured into the shell to create the final part.

03Die Casting

In this method, molten metal is forced into a metal mold cavity under high pressure. Once the metal solidifies, the mold is opened, and the part is ejected.
